Bang Bang - light out

Yesterday my friend took some pics of me - I need few for my new website. So we had fun and played and took some pics, and the suddenly some sizzling noise in the air, I mean not really in the air, exactly in one of my flash heads .... and very few seconds later, with a pathetic bang it "exploded"

In the next pictures we took, my face was more frozen than relaxt and funny.

Now I have to find out who can repair my flash light. It's a Bowens Esprit 1000 DX - who in Egypt can repair it?????

5th Arabian European Photofestival 2008

For the first time in my photo life I took part in a competition - at the 5th Arabian European Photofestival 2008 in Hamburg/Germany.

I sent 10 pictures for diffenrent sections, like portrait, women in the society, childhood, photoart and architecture. Finally yesterday I got the message, that my picture for the architecture section was honoured with the Bronze Award.
